A friend of mine, Sheri, shared a couple of pics with me of her doing some fly fishing in Colorado. Looks like fun! Her and her husband, Karl, make beautiful NAS flutes out of bamboo and river cane. Isn’t she as cute as a button~! This lady puts style even into fly fishing! And what a beautiful view!
Looks like fun; I’ve never caught a trout except at a fishing expo in a silly tank/pool with the poor things confined and probably hungry, getting caught and thrown back in for money. I have my mom’s fishing knife from when she used to clean trout with Dad.
Oh my goodness, that sounds so sad. Now I’m going to be depressed for the rest of the day thinking about those poor fish. But the memory of your parents cleaning fish together is a good one! (<:
