Maybe in the future, but not right now. As it stands, AI can be used as a tool to generate ideas and watered down imagery. It can also be used to create super quick illustrations for quickly conveying messages. But AI is not a stand alone visionary. Until the day comes that a person can connect AI directly to their visual cortex, it simply will not be able to create anything even remotely close to what an artistic visionary dares to dream. It cannot process the visual details we need to convey, no matter how precisely we word our descriptions to it.
