I cannot remember what time it was yesterday (time is a blur right now), but I walked out my door and there was a hummingbird buzzing low to the ground enjoying nectar from our flowering aloe vera plants. I could not believe my eyes. For many, this is a usual sight as they are set up properly to receive such joyous creatures, but we are not. I stood there for a long 5 seconds enjoying this encounter. There was no time to grab the DSLR, so I just stood there and enjoyed. It was so wonderful! Praise God for all good things!
